Often in this headspace, we become disconnected from our bodies, our spirit, and the world around us.

I weave traditional therapy with practices that will help you connect with your soul and all of the guidance and inner wisdom available to you. I will help you get in touch with your body and find out what you have been carrying around there, sometimes for years.
If you have trauma that is running your life in the form of panic, nightmares, shame, or getting in the way of your relationships or goals, I will help you process this. I utilize EMDR therapy and find that this can be an effective way to process trauma, even if other types of therapy have not worked for you. EMDR is used for many types of trauma including: accidents, illnesses, surgeries, loss, physical and sexual abuse, relationship traumas, phobias, and emotional abuse or neglect.
Together, we will rewrite those deep painful beliefs that you may have about yourself. You know which ones I'm talking about...Those beliefs that may have been with us since we can remember, "I am broken, I'm a failure, I'm not worthy, there is something wrong with me."
