My work weaves together trauma-informed healing, somatic awareness, nervous system support, ceremony, ritual, ancestral healing, dreamwork, and shamanic practices to support transformation in mind, body, and soul.
Sacred Healing Sessions

These intuitively guided sessions are a space for profound healing, nervous system restoration, soul reconnection, and embodied transformation. This work honors both the nervous system and the soul.
Each session is unique and unfolds organically in response to what is most alive and needed in the moment and present situation. The work is deeply relational, intuitive, and process-oriented.
Some sessions may focus more deeply on trauma resolution, emotional processing, attachment wounds, or nervous system regulation. Others may open into ancestral healing, connecting with spirit and plant allies, power animal retrieval, cord cutting, dreamwork, energetic clearing, or reconnecting with lost parts of the self.
Together we listen for the deeper intelligence beneath the surface and we will work at the pace of your system to create a safe and grounded space so healing can occur.
At the heart of the work is the reclamation of personal power.

Soul Retrieval Ceremony

A Soul Retrieval Ceremony is a sacred, deeply transformative process that supports the return of lost or fragmented parts of the self. This ceremony has been an integral part of many indigenous cultures for treating trauma.
Over the course of our lives, during experiences of trauma, overwhelm, or significant life transitions, parts of the psyche/soul can dissociate or fragment outside of space and time as a way to protect us. This often begins early in childhood and continues through adulthood. While this is an intelligent survival response, it can leave us feeling disconnected, stuck, depressed, depleted, or not fully ourselves.
In this ceremonial container, we work at the level of the body, nervous system, and soul. This ceremony typically lasts 2-3 hours.
During this ceremony, you will receive a complete energetic clearing, addressing anything that has been blocking you or keeping you stuck. Then, through guided shamanic journeying, I locate and retrieve aspects of your soul that are ready to return to you now. These parts are gently reintegrated into your system, supporting a renewed sense of wholeness, vitality, clarity, and presence. You will learn about when and why these soul parts left, and most importantly what soul gifts and strengths they are returning with them. The ceremony concludes with the retrieval of a power animal that is special to you that will help protect and guide you.
This work is deeply experiential and each ceremony is unique. Clients often report feeling more grounded, vital, more themselves, and more able to move forward in their lives with clarity and strength.
Because this process opens profound layers of healing, integration is an essential part of the work, allowing the nervous system and psyche to fully receive and embody what has been restored.
